Vigilant Global awarded number one Best Employer in Quebec 2012

Montreal, QC – February 17, 2012 – La Presse announced its top 30 small- to medium-sized employers in Quebec today with Vigilant Global ranking as number one in 2012. The results are based primarily on an employee engagement survey, as well as an assessment of organizational practices.

“We had hoped to make this list, but never dreamed we would take the number one spot the first year we submitted our application. It really is a testament to our employees and how committed they are to the company and its success,” said Arvind Ramanathan, Co-founder and Managing Director of Vigilant Global.

The company had been previously recognized for its technological achievements and was recently recognized for its outstanding, employee-focused workplace. This is the third best employer award Vigilant has received in 2012.
