Montreal, QC – November 6, 2014 Vigilant Global, together with Aon Hewitt, announced today the technology firm was named among Canada’s 50 Best Small to Medium sized employers for 2015. The Montreal-based firm has appeared on the list before and is consistently recognized as a top employer in both the province of Quebec and city of Montreal.

"We are so happy to be recognized with this award. Striving to take employee well-being to another level is not just a means to an end but one of the primary purposes of Vigilant," said Josh Felker, Director and co-founder of Vigilant Global. "We are constantly on the hunt for ways to enhance our employee's working life."

Vigilant Global is especially proud to offer its employees unique perks in addition to traditional benefits. Some examples of perks include fully catered breakfast and lunch with full salad bar, $500 annual activity allowance in addition to monthly fitness club membership, weekly subsidized organic urban-grown/produced groceries, a smartphone for business and personal use, and many other exceptional extras.

Aon Hewitt conducts three separate surveys: an employee survey, a leadership survey, and a Human Resources practices questionnaire. Earlier this year, all of Vigilant Global’s employees were invited to participate in the confidential engagement survey created and managed by Aon Hewitt. Results are kept confidential until after the formal announcement.
